Enrol and Pay Events

All excursions and events that require payment must be paid for at the time of enrolment (Enrol and Pay). You cannot attend these events without prior payment. Your membership fee must also have been paid, otherwise your ticket will be cancelled.

 

How to Enrol and Pay

  • The MyU3A Course Description for Enrol and Pay Events will contain a TryBooking link.  Copy and paste that link into your Internet browser.  This will take you directly to the TryBooking website where you can purchase a ticket for yourself.
  • TryBooking will request your U3A Banyule membership number (Member ID) and a contact email address. Your receipt for payment and your ticket for entry to the event will be sent to this email address. The contact email is also important if we need to contact you with any further information or change to the event. 
  • If you are unable to use TryBooking online, you can enrol and pay in the U3A Banyule Office. Bring your credit/debit card with you and the Office staff will process the booking on your behalf. Payment in the Office can also be made by cash or cheque.
  • Payment cannot be made to the Tutor/Facilitator on the day of the event.  You must arrive at the event with a TryBooking ticket.
  • If the event is fully booked, you have the option to go onto a waiting list. Payment is not required until a place has been been offered to you.
  • Where a specific fee is not initially given in the MyU3A Course Description for an Enrol and Pay event, members will be advised of the amount prior to the event date and enrolments will open at this time.
  • An opening date and closing date for enrolment is given for most Enrol and Pay Events.
