For excursions/events where prior payment by a specific date is required (Enrol & Pay), you must ensure that payment is received by the due date. If payment is not received in time, it will be assumed that you are not coming. Such events are only viable if members observe the requirements set out – they are there for a good reason and member cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Enrolment for the Enrol & Pay events is through MyU3A, where full descriptions can be found. As with all other courses, when the quota of places is reached, the event will show up as Full. You are advised to Enrol & Pay as soon as you can, but no later than the due date. For those members who do not want to enrol directly through MyU3A, enrolment and payment can be done by mail or through the office.
Payment can be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into the U3A Banyule bank account, by mail, or through the office and details are provided in Payment Options.
